Registration Information
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee to present the paper in the conference. The full fee includes the attendance of the conference, the access to the proceedings. All payments are non-refundable.

Note - A minimum of 12 pages and a maximum of 14 pages are allowed. Exceeding 14 pages will result in extra page charges. - After the registration deadline on June 15, 2025, authors will be required to pay an additional $50 on top of the standard registration fee. |

In the description for the payments, you must mention your paper information as shown below:
PaperID_FirstAuthorName
Replace PaperID with your paper ID and name of the first author. - Please send a proof of the registration payment to info@icidst.com and alaa.hameed@istinye.edu.tr
- Student must send a valid student ID along with the receipt.
